This whole look is very safe and basic for me, but it’s been a looooooong week. Japanese washed denim (GORGEOUS, rich denim color that leans a little towards a greenish tinge), my FRIDAY tee, a cozy flannel worn open as a jacket, and a thick woven infinity scarf topped off with a large, easy gold pendant necklace and simple watch and bracelet.
The Japanese denim from J.Crew is SO AMAZING. The color is so saturated, yet the fabric is still so soft. Usually a dark pair of jeans is stiff because of the amount of dye, but these ones are like butter. This FRIDAY graphic tee is slightly loose-fitting, but not baggy, and most importantly is not sheer line most white tees! The flannel is one that is actually made of a thicker material and is really warm. Often, women’s flannels from J.Crew are a lighter weight, so I snatched this one up when I saw it on sale last year. The end! (of the week)
